Red power seal silicone gasket-free sealant is a one-component, red, high-performance de-oxime type room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber. The rubber layer is elastomeric after curing, with good resistance to changes in temperature and stress, excellent high temperature, oil and weather resistance, and other properties.
Typical applications
Seal of mechanical equipment, micro- and medium-sized axles, gearboxes, bridge boxes, etc. Suitable industries such as transportation, mining, electricity, and cement.

Directions for use
Clean-up: Clean the surface and remove rust, dust, oil, etc.
Gluing: Cut a suitable small hole in the spout of the cartridge and apply glue with a glue gun to the end face to be sealed, to form a continuous glue ring. In the case of pneumatic application, the air pressure is recommended not to exceed 0.4MPa.
Curing: Fold the two end faces and fasten them with bolts; the initial curing time is one hour, and the full curing time is 24 hours at 25°C and 50% humidity. Longer curing time is required in colder or dry conditions.
Storage: Unused adhesive should be stored after immediately tightening the cap and sealing the nozzle. When used again, if there is a small amount of crust on the seal, just remove it, and it won’t affect the normal use of the product. During storage, a small amount of crust may appear at the mouth of the tube, which can be removed for normal use and won’t affect the performance of the product.
Cautions
Keep away from children for storage.
If the skin is accidentally exposed to the product, wipe it with a cloth and wash it with water before it cures. If the eyes are accidentally exposed to the product, rinse immediately with water.
Use in a well-ventilated place is recommended.
